To Walk Away… One Stop Poetry Challenge

*The following poem is offered in response to the One Stop Poetry Sunday Picture Prompt Challenge. This wonderful prompt was shot by photographer KJ Halliday, featured today on One Shoot Photography Sunday. Come check out some great shots & the interview!

She walks from the gray corridors
Of uncertainty
To the fiery red passions
Of contentment
Our UNION

Great take on the prompt... walking toward something of promise rather than away from something. Great challenge response! Cheers

Sometimes one just needs to take the plunge...that final, passionate push may lead to disappointment, but it may also lead to bliss. Better to know than to spend life mired in uncertainty...
